We meet at

To get to the hotel, go to the bottom of the M602, turn right onto Trafford Road and go all the way to the end (that means past all crossroads etc). Turn left at the lights  onto Talbot Road and the hotel is on the right after about 100 yards. Alternatively, from the M60, come off at J8/7 and turn into Manchester on the A56. Follow the road in and turn right onto Talbot Road. Follow that past several traffic lights and the hotel is on the right (past the cricket ground).
