We’re off to see Eric

Due to a clash with the HOC Management meeting, I couldn’t go on this ride. So, Phil agreed to step in and lead it. This is his report and pictures.

Five go to Morecambe, should have been SIX!!!!!

As arranged met at Mcdonalds, I got there with Nicola at 10.20 to find Mr Westwell eager to go for a ride.  Went into Mcdonalds for a coffee and breakfast awaiting the arrival of other bikes and chatting.

Mark looks out of the window and sees the snow, so whilst waiting for the snow to back off, the two Marks arrive.  Followed by Mr Collins…so we were sat having a chat, when Mr Westwell said “I’m going home!”  and then Tiger Alan arrived.  After a brief discussion and the snow had gone away - Five Go TO MORECOMBE…via Devils Bridge for a Hot Chocolate.

Once in Morecambe, we stopped for a little photo session with a local celeb…and I asked the lads “what do you think of CADHOC??” ANSWER -- well, just check the photos below, it will soon become obvious.

Off for food we went….whilst eating our LARGE dinner we decided on a trip to Glasson Dock.  Young Paul said he knew the way. So we followed him.  When we got there we admired the view of the boats (nothing else to look at)  As we were about to depart we discovered Mark was tucking into a Cheese Burger.  So we hung back and decided Knott End was the next destination.

Once there we took a couple of photos and then we followed Cheese Burger MARK into the café for a warm and very large pot of tea.  Mark then said “I’m hungry, I fancy some apple pie and custard”  SO we all indulged.

With our bellies full off home we went.

If you had a good day your  ride leader was PHIL KENNEDY accompanied with Paul Collins, and not a U turn was made ….IF you had a BAD DAY - Our names are Keith Ogden and Gary Fisher!!!!
